Exclusive Move - During Community Day (plus one hour after) Kirlia evolved to Gardevoir or Gallade will learn the Community Day Exclusive Move Synchronoise.
You cannot use TMs to learn Exclusive Moves.
Ralts will also appear in Raid Battles and Eggs during those 3-hours.
