The Great League and the Element Cup will run from Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. to Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7).

Great League

  • Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter.

Element Cup

  • Pokémon must be at or below 500 CP to enter.
  • Only Fire-, Grass-, and Water-type Pokémon are eligible.
  • Only Pokémon that are able to evolve and have not evolved even once are eligible.
