Bonuses
Seasonal Bonuses
During this season, the following bonuses will be active.
Previously a temporary Seasonal bonus, the damage dealt by Pokémon participating in raids remotely will be permanently increased to the same amount of damage dealt by Pokémon participating in raids in-person.

Pokémon Debuts
Many Pokémon will make their Pokémon GO debuts throughout the course of this Season, Hidden Gems!
Sandygast and Palossand
Both Sandygast, the Sand Heap Pokémon, and Palossand, the Sand Castle Pokémon, will debut during Water Festival: Beach Week. These Pokémon were originally discovered in the Alola region from Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon. These Ground- and Ghost-type Pokémon are known to possess and curse people, so keep an eye out!
Carbink
Carbink, the Jewel Pokémon, will also make its Pokémon GO debut during Hidden Gems! But where will Carbink first appear? And what other new Pokémon will be coming to Pokémon GO this Season? Experience Hidden Gems to find out!
Shadow Pokémon Debuts
Are you ready to face the Shadow Raid Bosses, Trainers?
Shadow Raids will be available during Hidden Gems starting on Monday, June 5, at 10 a.m. local time.
One-Star and Three-Star Shadow Raids will be available daily, while Five-Star Shadow Raids will be available exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, unless otherwise noted.
Shadow Articuno
During Hidden Gems, Shadow Articuno will be available to battle in Five-Star Shadow Raids! For the first time in Pokémon GO, you may even encounter a Shiny Shadow Articuno, if you’re lucky!
GO Battle League
The GO Battle League returns as part of Hidden Gems! Get your Pokémon ready to battle in competitions such as the Fossil Cup: Great League Edition. Summer Cup: Great League Edition, Summer Cup: Ultra League Edition, and Element Cup: Little Edition.
Research Breakthrough
Complete Field Research to unlock Research Breakthrough encounters with one of the following Pokémon.
