What is the GO Pass?
The GO Pass is a free, limited-time progression track available during a specified period. By collecting GO Points, you can increase your rank to earn rewards.

Rewards unlocked in the GO Pass will expire on Thursday, May 8, at 10:00 a.m. local time, so be sure to claim your rewards before they’re gone!
Please note, the GO Pass feature is currently being tested, and both the free and paid versions of GO Pass and its rewards can only be earned and claimed in the parts of the world that are eligible for the test.

Another Lucky Trinket?!
The Lucky Trinket will return as the final reward in the GO Pass Deluxe for this month.
A Lucky Trinket is a one-time-use item that can be used to turn one friend from your Friend List into a Lucky Friend. When used, the Lucky Trinket will set the status of you and your chosen friend to Lucky, even if you aren’t Best Friends yet! When you’re Lucky Friends with someone, the next time you trade with each other, both Pokémon will become Lucky Pokémon. After the trade, your Lucky Friend status will be cleared.
This exciting item will only stay in your Item Bag for a limited time, so don’t forget to use it! The Lucky Trinket earned as a part of GO Pass: April will expire on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. local time, regardless of when you claimed it.
You must be at least Great Friends with the Trainer you wish to apply your Lucky Trinket to. You cannot use a Lucky Trinket with a Trainer you are currently Lucky Friends with. Using a Lucky Trinket on a friend does not change the distance at which you can complete a trade. If you do not want to allow other Trainers to use their Lucky Trinkets on you, you can disable this permission in your Settings page.
Differences in GO Pass Rewards
The GO Pass be being tested in certain regions before a global launch to ensure it positively impacts players.
As such, some Trainers in regions with access to the GO Pass may see the following differences between passes:
An additional encounter on certain ranks of the GO Pass Deluxe
Some GO Pass versions have different Pokémon encounters at specific ranks. I haven’t seen a clear example of this yet. It could be referring to the Xerneas encounter on Rank 99.
Modified item rewards on certain ranks of the GO Pass Deluxe
Some Trainers will have a Super Incubator on Rank 99 instead of a Xerneas encounter.
Stickers as a reward on certain ranks of the GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe
Some GO Pass versions include decorative stickers as rewards at ranks 11, 26, 45, 65, and 76. These feature designs like Thank You, Ditto Heart, Marill, Slowpoke, and Pikachu stickers.
PokéCoins as a reward on certain ranks of the GO Pass
One GO Pass version gives PokéCoins on the free track at ranks 10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 70, 80, and 90. The coin amount matches the rank number (10 coins at rank 10, etc.).
Fewer overall ranks of the GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe
One GO Pass version has only 50 ranks instead of 100. This shorter pass places tier bonuses at ranks 12, 25, and 37, with the Lucky Trinket awarded at rank 50.
GO Pass
There are several versions of the GO Pass being tested right now. Trainers will notice that there are different daily limits for “Extra Points”. Trainers who have lower daily “Extra Points” may see more Daily/Weekly Tasks.
The following might be best thought of as the baseline with pretty standard rewards.
