Have you heard the sound of hooves or seen a blur gliding across the water recently? Then you might’ve caught a glimpse of the Mythical Pokémon Keldeo, the Colt Pokémon! Ordinary Form Keldeo will soon be coming to the world of Pokémon GO in a ticketed Special Research story event!

But regardless of whether you have a ticket, Trainers can enjoy the appearance of other Fighting-type Pokémon alongside Keldeo’s arrival!

Note: Unless an event feature specifically says you need a ticket, it’s available for all Trainers.

Something Extraordinary is coming this way!

For US$7.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to pick up the exclusive Special Research story, Something Extraordinary, during the weekend.

Spark has taken a blurry picture by the waterfront—but of what? Could it be a Pokémon we haven’t seen before? You can work with Professor Willow to find the answer!

Tickets will be available to purchase this Special Research story leading to an encounter with Keldeo in its Ordinary Form from Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, December 11, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time.

Ticket-holders will gain access to the Special Research story during the Mythic Blade event. To receive the Special Research, you must open Pokémon GO at some point between Saturday, December 10, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. and Sunday, December 11, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time. After you’ve received the Special Research, you can complete it at any time.

Keldeo, the Colt Pokémon, will make its Pokémon GO debut in its Ordinary Form as part of the Something Extraordinary ticketed event!

Pokémon Debuts

Crabrawler, the Boxing Pokémon, will make its Pokémon GO debut!

Crabrawler can be evolved in to Crabominable with 50 Crabrawler Candy while near a Glacial Lure Module.

These Pokémon will know Sacred Sword when caught during certain times.

  • Terrakion caught from Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. local time will know the following featured attack.
  • Virizion caught from Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. local time will know the following featured attack.
  • Keldeo caught during Something Extraordinary, a ticketed Special Research story, will be able to learn the following featured attack. (It is available in Keldeo’s move pool. You need to use Charged TMs to get it.)
