[San Francisco] 2026 Pokémon World Championships - Leek Duck

Special in-person Pokémon GO activities are available around San Francisco during the 2026 Pokémon World Championships. Explore the city for a Stamp Rally, location-themed raids with guaranteed Location Backgrounds, and exclusive research.

The event runs from Friday, August 28, at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. PDT.

Stamp Rally

The Stamp Rally rewards up to six encounters with Pikachu wearing a Cosmog-themed spacesuit with a Location Background. The rally can only be completed once.

Special Raid Locations feature Pokémon themed to the surrounding landmark. Each raid encounter has a guaranteed Location Background, and each location can be completed once per day.
