Season 11: Ultra League and Kanto Cup - Leek Duck | Pokémon GO News and Resources

The Ultra League and the Kanto Cup will run from Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. to Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7).

Ultra League

Pokémon must be at or below 2,500 CP to enter.

Kanto Cup

Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter.
Only Pokémon with a Pokédex number from #1 to #151 will be eligible.
