Who goes there? It’s Volcanion! For the first time in Pokémon GO, Trainers will be able to encounter the elusive Steam Pokémon.
Ticket-holding Trainers will be able to complete exclusive Special Research to learn more about the Steam Pokémon—and have an opportunity to encounter it!

Note: Ticket-holding Trainers will only encounter Volcanion once no matter how many Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Special Research stories they acquire and complete. If you obtain more than one Special Research story that leads to Volcanion by attending multiple GO Fest events, all of the Special Research stories after the first one will award Volcanion Candy instead of an additional encounter with Volcanion.

Trainers will have a wider selection than ever before of apparel and accessories at Pokémon GO Fest 2025 in-person events. All items are available via preorder only, and they must be picked up at the event park during the ticketed event day.
Trainers who have purchased tickets already and forgot to add merchandise can go back and complete additional purchases for add-ons while supplies last.
Quantities are limited, and preorders will only be available while supplies last. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be allowed.

Trainers can purchase several add-ons as optional bonuses for their event experience. It’s possible to add these to your ticket after your initial order, so if you can’t decide right away, you can always come back to purchase an add-on later!
Ticket add-ons will be active for the full event weekend. This means Trainers can take advantage of these bonuses throughout the weekend, even when not at the venue!

Citywide Gameplay Add-Ons

Trainers can extend their GO Fest fun and enjoy a city experience throughout the host city and its surrounding area on the extra event day—or days—of their choice! This add-on provides an additional day of the citywide gameplay experience that is available on the primary event day, with a few restrictions.
These add-ons only enable additional citywide gameplay. The Park event experience is only available on the primary event day at the time indicated on the ticket.

Choose Your Adventure Order
Trainers who purchase a ticket will split their day between exploring the event park and adventuring throughout the host city, enjoying special exclusive event gameplay during both parts of the day.
Both the Morning Park Experience and the Afternoon Park Experience are the same—the only difference is the time of day Trainers are at each location.
Morning Park Experience
With a Morning Park Experience ticket, you’ll spend the first part of your day within the event park before heading into the host city to experience a second event-exclusive gameplay experience.
Please note: You will only be able to play Pokémon GO within the event park during the Park Experience hours listed on your ticket.
Afternoon Park Experience
With an Afternoon Park Experience ticket, you’ll spend the first part of your day exploring the host city before heading to the event park for a second event-exclusive gameplay experience.
