It’s time to head back Into the Wild for a Steel- and Dragon-type adventure! Regidrago makes its Dynamax debut in five-star Max Battles, Dynamax Meltan debuts in GO Pass: Into the Wild, and Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta take over five-star raids as Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 approaches.

Dynamax Pokémon Debuts
Regidrago will make its Pokémon GO Dynamax debut in five-star Max Battles, and Meltan will make its Dynamax debut in GO Pass: Into the Wild. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!

From Monday, November 9, at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, November 15, at 6:00 p.m. local time, opening the Mystery Box gives you a chance to encounter Shiny Meltan, and you won’t have to wait as long before you can open it again.
New Special Background!
Trainers who take part in five-star raids and five-star Max Battles during the Into the Wild event will have a chance of receiving a new Special Background after a successful catch. The souvenir background appears on the Pokémon’s summary page, showing when it was caught on the road to Pokémon GO Wild Area!
Into the Wild Global Challenge
Work with Trainers around the world to complete raids and Max Battles. Completing the Into the Wild Global Challenge unlocks the following bonuses.
- The Adventure Effect for Crowned Sword Zacian’s Behemoth Blade will be more effective.
- The Adventure Effect for Crowned Shield Zamazenta’s Behemoth Bash will be more effective.
- Energy collected during Max Battles will fill the meter faster.

GO Pass: Into the Wild
GO Pass: Into the Wild is a free progression track. Complete Pass Tasks to collect GO Points, increase your rank, and unlock rewards.
Trainers will receive the pass automatically on Monday, November 9, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Earn points and rank up until Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. local time.
From Monday, November 9, to Friday, November 13, you can collect GO Points up to a daily cap. There’s no limit to the GO Points you can earn on Saturday and Sunday, November 14 to 15!
GO Pass Deluxe
Upgrade to GO Pass Deluxe: Into the Wild for US$14.99* for upgraded rewards. The GO Pass Deluxe: Into the Wild + 10 Ranks option costs US$19.99* and grants enough GO Points to reach Rank 10.
Deluxe includes rewards from both tracks. You can upgrade at any time and still claim rewards for ranks you have already reached.
Claim all unlocked GO Pass rewards before they expire on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. local time.

Silver Bottle Cap
Hyper Training lets Trainers raise a Pokémon’s HP, Attack, or Defense. Completing GO Pass Deluxe: Into the Wild earns you a Silver Bottle Cap, a one-time use item that starts Hyper Training with one of your Pokémon, as long as it is a Good Buddy or higher.*
You’ll choose which stat to train when you select a trainee. Silver Bottle Caps are extremely rare, so choose your trainee wisely!
The Silver Bottle Cap from GO Pass Deluxe: Into the Wild expires on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. local time, regardless of when you claimed it.
*Shadow Pokémon and Pokémon that already have maxed out stats are not eligible for Hyper Training.
**Pokémon that have undergone Hyper Training cannot be transferred to Pokémon HOME.
Training Tasks
After you give your trainee a Silver Bottle Cap, Hyper Training begins. Each stat has its own set of themed tasks.
- Attack: Battle alongside your trainee.
- Defense: Strengthen your bond with your Buddy Pokémon trainee by playing together, exploring, and catching Pokémon.
- HP: Explore alongside your trainee as a buddy. This can include spinning PokéStops, earning Buddy Candy, or other adventures.
You’ll have 365 days after using your Silver Bottle Cap to finish Hyper Training.
