Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Chicago is taking place June 5 to 7, 2026, bringing exciting battles and powerful Pokémon to the Windy City. Pokémon GO fans who can’t attend in-person can still take part in the fun with live event coverage on the official Pokémon Twitch channel and the official Pokémon GO Twitch channel starting June 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. PDT.

Join presenters Gabby Snyder and Will “SpeediestChief2” Dunphey for a memorable day covering the live-action excitement including games, an AR photo contest, a Shiny Pokémon search, a treasure hunt, and more. You can level up your game by learning expert tips for improving your Pokémon GO battle skills.

Tune in to Twitch.tv/Pokemon and Twitch.tv/PokemonGO for at least 45 minutes on June 7, 2026, to earn the Twitch Drops listed in the Bonuses section.

This will be the perfect opportunity to take everything you learn from the Twitch broadcast of the event in Chicago and apply it to your own gameplay for Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Global on July 11 and 12!

Follow the Twitch Channels

Follow the official Pokémon and Pokémon GO Twitch channels so you'll get a notification when the broadcast begins.

Connect Your Accounts

Connect your Pokémon Trainer Club account to Twitch by following steps 1–3 on this page.

Watch the Live Stream

Tune in to Twitch.tv/Pokemon or Twitch.tv/PokemonGO on June 7, 2026 for at least 45 minutes. (Minimizing the stream may pause the Twitch Drop progress timer on Twitch.)

Claim Your Twitch Drop

Once you've watched for 45 minutes, a pop-up in Twitch chat will prompt you to claim your Twitch Drop. You may also claim your drop by visiting your Twitch Drops Inventory.

Find Your Code

After you select Claim, go to https://rewards.pokemon.com/ and select View Inventory. Find the drop and select Show Code.*

Redeem Your Code

Copy the revealed code to your clipboard. Open the Offer Redemption page to redeem your code. Having trouble? Please refer to this article to learn more about redeeming codes.

* Codes will be valid for a limited time. Trainers can only claim each Twitch Drop once.
